The marriage of Lieutenant Roland R Pyne of Southgate to Miss Evelyn D Sherwood, 3109 Gilbert av. Cincincinnati, took place Thursday night. Rev F H Nelson performed the ceremony at the home of the bride's uncle, Dr. E R Booth, Pleasant Ridge, Cincinnati. The couple left for a short trip, but will return before the end of next week, as Lieutenant Pyne will join his regiment at that time.
He received his commission in the artillery at Ft Monroe. Miss Sherwood taught school in Terrace Park.
