DAYTON-Robert Smith, 74, died at his home 405 Walnut Street, Saturday evening. The deceased was a minister among the religious people known as "Bible Believers."
The funeral of Robert Smith, who passed away Saturday at 5:15 pm after a lingering illness, took place at 2 pm Monday. Martin Betsch, a life long friend, conducted the services. Pallbearers were Melvin Smith, Charles Van Fleet and Thomas Smith. Interment at Evergreen. Mr. Smith was a Mexican War Veteran and a resident of Dayton Ky. for 34 years.

WILL PROBATED-The will of Robert Smith, of Dayton Ky. was filed in the Campbell County Court Wednesday. He leaves all of his estate to his widow, Isabella M Smith and appoints her executrix, without bond. The document was witnessed by John D Ellis and M Herold several years ago.
