Indenture made 19 September 1839 between John Riley of the County of Clermont, State of Ohio of the first part and James Shaw, Edward Shaw, Robert Shaw, Julia Ann Anderson late Shaw, Jane White late Shaw, Elizabeth Decourcy late Shaw, John Shaw, Coleman Shaw, Sarah Grant late Shaw, Emaly Shaw, Samuel Shaw, Lafayette Shaw and Margaretta Shaw children and heirs of Robert Shaw deceased of the County of Campbell of the second part. Party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of $200,  sells all that certain tract of land situated in the County of Campbell adjoining the lands of John Stevens containing 109-3/4 acres more or less.
