Robert N Babcock filed suit in Campbell Circuit Court late Monday against the Hippodrome Amusement Co and I Frankel to recover damages of $5700. Babcock says he slipped on the floor of the theater in Monmouth st. Newport and suffered a fractured arm. A C Hall is attorney for Babcock.

Services for Robert N Babcock, of 240 Eden avenue, Bellevue, who died late Wednesday at his home will be held at 10:45 am Saturday at the Cincinnati Crematory with funeral from the Radel funeral home, Newport at 10 am. He leaves a widow, Mrs. Ida Babcock and two daughters, Mrs. Howard Hake and Mrs. Jake Rover, both of Bellevue.
