The arden lub of Ft Thomas will give a card carnival on Tuesday afternoon in the armory at Ft Thomas. The proceeds will be used for the purpose of planting trees. The first consideration will be grounds of the two new schools, the Robert D Johnson School on N Ft Thomas av. and the Samuel Woodfill School on S ft Thomas av.

The body of Robert D Johnson, Ft Thomas soldier, formerly of Covington, for whom the Robert D Johnson American Legion post was named, will reach Covington Thursday. The post will have charge of his funeral. Johnson met death in France.
