Judge A M J Cochran of the United States district court, overruled the motion to remand to Campbell district court the case of Edna Rawlins of Bellevue against the Liggett & Myers Tobacco Co. Besides Miss Rawlins, there are three parties in the defense, the tobacco company, the Pictorial News Co and Robert H Cox, a Dayton druggist. Miss Rawlins sought $50,000 damages for alleged unauthorized use of her photograph in cigar advertisements.

Services for Robert H Cox, 91, former president of Campbell County Bank, now the Ft Thomas Bellevue Bank, will be held at 2 pm Wednesday at Dobbling Funeral Home, Bellevue. Mr. Cox, one of the founders of Economy Drug Co. Cincinnati, died Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Virginia Nicholson, his only survivor.

Mr. Cox served as president of the bank from 1935 to 1958 and as chairman of the board from 1958 to 1960, when he resigned to live with his daughter. Mr. Cox entered the drug business when he open a store in Dayton in 1895. He served with the Economy Drug Co for 41 years as a director and president of the company. He resigned as president in 1955.
