Robert Caldwell of the County of Campbell and State of
Kentucky appoint my brother John Caldwell of the County and State aforesaid my
true & lawful attorney for me and in my name to sell and convey in fee simple
by deed or deeds all my lands in the State of Virginia and more particularly a
certain Tract of Land lying in the County of Berkeley in the said State of
Virginia the quantity'of acres not at present recollected (sic) but supposed
to be 150 or 200 situated e(i)ther on sleepy creek or its Waters & being the
same tract which I the said Robert inherited from My father Alexander
Caldwell.
