Two former Campbell county football and basketball rivals are now
serving together with the Air Corps somewhere in the North Atlantic theater,
according to a dispatch here. Lt. Donald R Finfrock of Ft Thomas.
T. Sgt. Robert Alexander, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Alexander, of 143 Ross avenue, Bellevue, and husband of Mrs. Ruth J Alexander, of 427 Clark street, Bellevue, is now serving as an aerial engineer with this unit. A two letterman in football and basketball at Bellevue High School, Sgt. Alexander had a brother, Sgt. Kenneth Alexander, who was killed in action last month in a plane crash in Georgia.
