IN LOVING REMEMBRANCE
Of Rhu Mullin, who died March 4, 1901 in Newport Ky.
We miss his coming footsteps
We miss him everywhere:
Home is not what it used to be
Since our dear Father is not there
It is not the tears at the moment shed
When the cold earth was laid o'er hi,
That can tell how beloved was the soul that fled
Or how deep in my heart I deplore him.
"Tis the tears through many along day wept,
Through a life by his loss all shaded.
"Tis the sad remembrance fondly kept,
When all lighter grief's have faded
From his Loving Wife and Daughters.
