Ordered that it be certified that i appears to the satisfaction of the court that Reuben Morris, departed this life on the 15 December 1837, leaving no widow and that Mary, Francis, James, Elizabeth, and Robert Morris, the three first residents of Kentucky and the other citizens of Ohio, are the only children and heirs of Reuben Morris, deceased, which is ordered to be certified.
