Drops Dead In Presence of Family
Mrs. Regina Stahl, in Apparent Good Health, Succumbs to Apoplexy


Mrs. Regina Stahl, 67,of 1030 Columbia-st. Newport, dropped dead last night at 9:30 o'clock.  When members of the family picked her up they found life was extinct.  She was apparently in good health and her death was a great shock to the family.

She was about to leave the house for a visit, when she fell across the threshold.  A physician was called and found death due to apoplexy.  Funeral services will take place Sunday at 2:30 o'clock from St. John's Protestant Church, Seventh and Columbia-sts.

Mrs. Stahl's Funeral

Edward Stahl, of Arkansas City, Kas. and William Stahl, of Springfield O. have arrived in Newport in response to telegrams announcing the death of their mother, Mrs. Regina Stahl.  The funeral will take place tomorrow from the residence, 1030 Columbia-st. and services will be held at St. John's Church.

The pallbearers will be the three sons of the deceased and three cousins, Chas. and George Pirmann and Chas. Schneider.

Mrs. Regina Stahl by her will, probated yesterday in the Campbell-co. Court, leaves $500 to her daughter, Emma Stahl.  The remainder of the estate is to be equally divided between her sons, Fred, Edward and William Stahl.
