The lifeless body of Mrs. Rosella Beringhaus, 29, of 522 10th av. Dayton, was found on the floor of her home late Tuesday by Raymond Sesher and Milan Plavsic, Dayton patrolmen.

Raymond Sesher, former Dayton motorcycle patrolman and George Smith, also of Dayton, were fined $10 and costs each Wednesday in Newport Police Court, when they admitted charges of drunkenness and disorderly conduct. The pair was arrested Sunday after they were alleged to have engaged in a fight with spectators viewing the speedboat races.

Frank Ortlieb, Dayton police chief and Raymond Sesher, traffic officer, were searching Monday for two young men who are alleged to have robbed Mrs. Marie Mouilleseaux, Eighth and Dayton streets, Dayton, Sunday night of $15.

Raymond Sesher, 32, Dayton traffic policeman of 410 Berry av. sustained a possible skull fracture and internal injuries. Frank Ortlieb, Dayton police chief was told that Sesher, who was off duty was driving out River rd. near Brent Ky. to see some friends in the country. Near Brent, his auto was sideswiped by an auto being driven by Jacob Knarr, 212 E Eighth st. Newport. Sesher was knocked off the road and almost over a 15 foot embankment.

Sesher was pinned under the wreckage and was extricated by passing motorists. Both autos were wrecked.

Services were being arranged Tuesday for Raymond 'Red" Sesher, 57, cafe operator, former fire chief of Bellevue and Dayton and former Dayton police officer, who was pronounced dead Monday at St Luke Hospital, Ft Thomas. Mr. Sesher collapsed in the office of Dr. A E Howe, Alexandria, before he was taken to the hospital. He was operator of the Creekside Inn, Ky. 10 near California. He formerly operated two cafes in Dayton.

During World War I, he served with the Rainbow Division. Later he sponsored softball teams and was night lieutenant of the Dayton police and a member of the department for 15 years. He leaves his widow; Tera Sesher, Covington; two daughters, Linda Lucille Sesher, Covington and Mrs. Stanley Braden, San Antonio Tex. and a son, Pfc. James P Sesher, stationed with the Third Armored Division in Germany. Services and burial will be set after receipt of word from the son.
