Rachel Cleveland

Alexandria Court, August 1822

On the motion of Joseph Cleveland and Elmore Scott orders that Benjamin Stevens Asil, claim Thomas Buckner and James Robinson, or any of them being first sworn do make partition of the slaves allotted to Rachel Cleveland and a third of the slaves of Heir Cleveland deed among several heir of theirs did Heir Cleveland deed make report to court.

Orders that Benjamin Stevens Asil claim Thomas Buckner and James Robinson among three of them first sworn do appraise in current money, the slaves (if any) and personal estate of which Rachel Cleveland did die and prepare and make report to court.
