Funeral of Peter N Bardo, 75 of 517 E Fourth St. Newport, will be
held Thursday 9 am, with requiem high mass at Immaculate Conception Church.
Bardo was proprietor of the Bourbon Copper and Brass Works, Cincinnati. He had
served as Newport Water Works Commissioner and a member of Board of Aldermen.
He is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Joseph O'Neill, Newport, and Mrs. Albert Lux, Detroit and two sons, George and Thomas. A third son, Peter Bardo Jr. former Newport city cashier, died several months ago.

It was thought the will of Peter Bardo, president of Bourbon Copper and Brass Works, Cincinnati, which was probated in Campbell County Court Wednesday, would be contested, as several lawyers obtained copes of the will following its probation.
Bardo, who was a well known Cincinnati manufacturer, although he resided on E Fourth st. Newport, died March 19, 1923. The will was written Sept 24, 1921. A $100 was bequeathed to his sister Elizabeth Pratt and to each of his grandchildren: Mary Evelyn Wirthlin, $100; Edward Wirthlin Jr. $2000; Joseph Humbrecht Jr. $100; Carl Humbrecht $100; Joseph Back Jr. $2000; Gertrude Back $2000; Mary Frances $2000.
Remainder of the estate is to be divided to each of his living children, George, Peter N Jr. Thomas, Stella O'Neill and Alice Lux. His farm of 117 acres, located near Cold Spring Ky. shall go to Thomas Bardo as part of his estate.
