Patrick A Wall, 60, a retired business man of Newport, died this
morning at his home, 840 Columbia st. He had been ill a long time with cancer
and his death was due to that cause. The funeral will take place Wednesday
morning at the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
Besides a widow, he leaves one son, Joseph A and four daughters, Mrs. Harry McKenna, of Dayto O. and Misses Alice, Mayme and Lida of Newport.
His son is at present on the United States battle ship Wilmington, now in Chinese waters, he having enlisted some months ago.
