NEWPORT
ARREST OF A RETURNED REBEL SOLDIER-The Provost Guards arrested a man named Patrick Keehan, yesterday, who returned from the rebel army a few weeks ago, and has since been working at the shoe business in Newport.
He boats of having taken part in the battles of Mill Springs, Wild Oats, &c. on the rebel side.
