Newport postal authorities have notified Scott Hodge of Latonia that his brother, Otto P Hodge, 24, of Grants Lick, is one of those rescued from the US troop ship, Tuscania, which was sunk by a German submarine last week. Dr. Hodge is married and has two small children. Dr. Hodge enlisted in the Medical Corps last fall. He was among the first to be saved, according to dispatches.
