Miss Olga Roth, 28, single, was judged sane by a jury in the Campbell County Circuit Court Monday afternoon, although Dr. Orr of Cincinnati, that she was demented. Miss Roth resided with her mother at Ft Thomas. It was charged she had developed suicidal and homicidal mania and she had struck herself on the head with a heavy iron shoe last week and had also threatened the lives of her mother and little brother.

When she was placed on the stand, she answered questions rationally and the jury brought in a verdict that she was sane. After being dismissed, she left the Courthouse with her sweetheart, Private Umpfer of the Third Infantry.
