Northern Kentucky's second causality was Norman H Weber, 22, of 308 Center Street, Bellevue. His death was revealed Monday in a War Department telegram sent to his parents Mr. and Mrs. Maurice J Weber, who said the message indicated their son was killed in an airplane crash near Victorville, Cal. The accident occurred Sunday.
Young Weber, a flight officer with the Army Air Corps, was stationed at Twenty-Nine Palms, Cal. when last they heard from him. He was a graduate of Bellevue High School and had enlisted in the service Sept. 23, 1941. Besides his parents, he leaves two sisters and a brother.

Services for Norman H Weber of Bellevue, flight officer with the Army Air Corps, who lost his life in an airplane accident Sunday at Winslow, Ariz. were to be held at 2 PM Saturday at the Vonderhaar & Stetter Funeral Home, Newport, and at 2:30 pm at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Center street and Taylor avenue, Bellevue. Burial was to be in Evergreen Cemetery. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Weber, 308 Center street, Bellevue.

Mr. and Maurice J Weber, 308 Center Street, Bellevue, received word Monday of the death of their son. Flight Officer Weber was a graduate of Bellevue High School and enlisted in the Army Air Forces Sept 23, 1941. He is survived by his parents, two sisters, Mrs. Beverly Hoenbrink and Miss Laverne Weber and a brother Maurice Jr.
The body will arrive at the Vonderhaar & Stetter funeral home Newport, Friday at 8 pm.
