Satisfactory evidence was this day produced to Court that NANCY STEVENS, widow of THOMAS STEVENS decd. departed this life some time during the year 1850 or 1851 leaving as her only heirs Jonathan W Stevens, Thomas Stevens, James M Stevens, Jacob Stevens, Rhoda Harrison, Sarah Youtsey and Nancy Spilman and that all of said heirs are of lawful age.
