"Let the voters decide!" That idea is being advanced by Morgan E Coyne, candidate for the Democratic nomination for county judge of Campbell county. Mr. Coyne, whose business is the composition of advertising cards for various civic and fraternl affairs, is a veteran of World War I.

He was a candidate in 1941 for constable in the Second Magisterial District. He lives at 201 E Fourth street, Newport.

Morgan Coyne was born 31 July 1895 in Newport and died 9 Feb 1970 in Chillicothe, Ohio and was buried in St Mary Cemetery, Ft Mitchell Ky.
