THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Sarah Webster, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Mississippi Webster, a minor.
NOW, we Sarah Webster as principal, and William M Yelton, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Sarah Webster, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
