NEWPORT NEWS
Mrs. John Tocker yesterday received a telegram from Philadelphia
notifying her of the death of her son, Michael Tocker, who died suddenly in that
city. No particulars of the death were given. The deceased was 34 years of
age and one of the best known young men of Newport.
He was a watch case engraver and had gone to Philadelphia to follow his trade. The remains will arrive here today.
