Michael Himler, the Bellevue man who took 32 pills containing phosphorous about a week ago, was tried in the Campbell Circuit Court Wednesday morning for lunacy. All during the trial he mumbled religion to himself.
He was adjudged a lunatic and ordered taken to the asylum. Sheriff Dan Riedel Wednesday tool Leona Grizzel to the Lakeland Asylum and will make arrangements to take Himler Thursday.

FUNERAL-The funeral of Michael Himler, who died last Wednesday morning at the Lakeland Asylum will take place Sunday at 1 pm from his late home on Center Street, Bellevue. The members of the Mizpah Court No 8, Tribe of Ben Hur of which he was a member will meet at their hall at 12:30 pm and attend the funeral in a body. The members of the Carpenters Union will also attend.
The following will serve as pallbearers from the Ben Hur: Robert Pettner, John Demmlar, Stanley Ratliffe and F A Robinson. Rev J M Bramkamp of Trinity Lutheran Church will officiate after which the remains will be laid to rest in Wesleyan Cemetery.

WILL LEFT-The will of Michael Himmler, of Center Street, was left for probate in Newport Monday afternoon. He leaves all to his wife, Elizabeth Himmler and names her executrix without bond.
