THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Charles Murnan, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Mary A and K J T Murnan, a minor.
NOW, we Charles Murnan as principal, and Jacob Huffman and Frank Spilman, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Charles Murnan, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
