Miss Mary Devere

Requiem High Mass for Miss Mary Devere, 257 Pike street, Covington, will be sung at Mother of God Church at 10 a.m. Saturday, following prayers at the Muehlenkamp funeral home, Newport, at 9:30 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery.

Miss Devere, a former resident of Newport, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Hospital.  She was employed as a bookkeeper at the Ben Adams Real Estate Co., Covington.

She leaves a brother, John Devere, Miami, Fla.; and two sisters, Mrs. Frieda Hughes, Columbus, O.; and Mrs. Madeline Saner, Newport. She leaves a sister, Mrs. Christ Range, in Ohio and a brother, Philip Melching, Newport.
