AGED RESIDENT OF NEWPORT DEAD
Newport Ky. Aug 14-Mrs. Mary A Case, for seventy years a resident
of Newport, died at her home, 131 West Sixth street. She was 86 years of
age. Her husband was killed aboard his vessel, which was burned at New
Orleans during the Civil War.
Her son, Edward Case, was drowned in a steamboat disaster at the mouth of the Ohio River a few years ago.
