NEWPORT
Mrs. Mary Ahlering, 79, mother of ex-Mayor George H Ahlering,
died at an early hour yesterday morning at her residence after a lengthy
illness.
The deceased had been a resident of Campbell County for 72 years. She leaves three daughters and two sons to mourn her loss. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon, with services at St Paul's E E Church.
