Kentucky Post, Wednesday, 2 November 1904, page 5

Little Marie Webster died at 6 pm Tuesday. She was 3 years old and was the pet of the neighborhood about Sixth and O'Fallon avs. Dayton. The funeral will be held Thursday at 2 pm. Rev Emigholz of the German Lutheran Church will conduct the services.

The interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. A touching feature of the child's death was the calling of the father, mother, grandmother and three other relatives to the bedside. She was wholly conscious to the end and bade every one good-by in baby language. It was one of the most pathetic deaths that ever occurred in Dayton. Four little playmates will act as pallbearers.
