NEWPORT
The funeral of Miss Maria Lockwood took place yesterday from the
residence of her aunt, Mrs. Lewis Ross, on the Highland avenue and was largely
attended.
The Rev Father Riggins of St Xavier Church, Cincinnati, preached the funeral sermon and the Rev Dr. Moore, of this city, blessed the body.
