THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Lewis Mangum, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Lewis, Richard and George Mangum, minors.
NOW, we Lewis Mangum as principal, and Lewis Massey, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Lewis Mangum, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
