PROSPECTS FOR FUND

There is a prospect that there will be no little excitement at the Barracks today. Major Macklin, Paymaster in the Army, stationed at Detroit, has arrived and will this morning pay off both officers and privates.

The drinking saloons will have a lively time during the day.
