Louis Wendell Sheanshang was ordered to report for duty on 29 June 1918 to Ft Thomas and sent to the Tennessee Polytechnic Institute, Cookville Tenn.

Trial of Louis Sheanshang, Alexandria, former manager of the Farmers Co-operative Store at that town, started before Judge A M Caldwell of the Campbell county Circuit Court. There are eight indictments against him. One charges him with making false entries in the books of the company with intent to defraud, while the others allege he omitted entries for the same purpose.

Sheanshang entered a plea of not guilty. The indictments against Sheanshang are a result of his managing the store during 1920.

Louis Sheanshang, former manager of the Farmers Co-operative Store, Alexandria, was acquitted by a jury in the Campbell County Circuit Court Saturday night. The jury which heard the case laster three days and two nights, deliberated 10 minutes in preparing its verdict.
