Louis Manilla, of 1019 Columbia st. Newport, is strangely missing and the police of Italy have been notified by the Cincinnati Department to look out for him. In October he returned to his home with $1080 in his possession. According to his wife's story, he left saying that he had a quarrel and was going to a neighboring saloon.
Since that time he has not been heard from. The police are of the opinion that he has gone to Italy. He transacted a brokerage business for the Italians in Newport and Cincinnati.
