Mrs. Florine Hodge, 414 Eleventh Street, Newport, announces the engagement of her daughter to Pvt. Louis Houser of the US Army. Pvt. Houser is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L C Houser, 203 Evergreen, Southgate and is now stationed at Ft Knox Ky. being inducted into the service a year ago. The young couple attended Newport High School together and are graduates of class of 1941.
Miss Hodge has been employed by the Western & Southern Life Insurance Co of Cincinnati for the past two years. No date has been set for the wedding.
