TO INFIRMARY-Louis Fessler, a harmless imbecile in Newport, will have to go to the County Infirmary. His sister called on County Judge Hissem and Overseer of Poor Theo, Marz and complained about her brothers action. She says he is a religious fanatic and sits up all night reading the Bible. The officials after a conference, decided to send him to the Infirmary.

CAME BACK-Louis Fessler, who was sent to the County Infirmary from Newport a few weeks ago, escaped from theat institution Friday and came back to his home. His sister complained to Judge Hissem that he would sit up nearly all night reading the Bible and would not do any work to assist in supporting the family. On this information Judge Hissem sent him to the infirmary.

LEFT INFIRMARY-Louis Fessler is giving the authorities trouble in Newport. He has a religious mania and was sent to the Infirmary some days ago. He escaped and came back to Newport when arrested. He will be locked up for a few days and then returned to that institution.

NEWPORT-The mother of Louis Fessler complained to the police yesterday that he had escaped from the Infirmary and was at her home where he paced the floor and read the Bible aloud all night. Fessler will be returned to the Infirmary.

SENTENCED-Louis Fessler, a former inmate of he County Infirmary who was arrested on complaint of relative, was given a 30 day jail sentence today in the Newport Police Court. Fessler has been annoying relatives by his erratic actions and his arrest was made on their complaint.

STRICKEN-Louis Fessler, 77, of 316 W Sixth St. Newport, suffering from the effects of the heat, was treated Tuesday by members of the Life Saving Squad and later removed to Speers Hospital. His condition was reported to be not serious.
