DAYTON
Mrs. Louise Tucker, 26, of 109 McKinney st. died suddenly
yesterday afternoon at her home. She was the wife of Horace Tucker, who is
employed in Cincinnati. She had apparently been well during the day, doing a big
ironing and getting dinner. About 2 o'clock one of the children reported to a
neighbor that his mother was asleep and that he could not awaken her.
Investigation was made and Mrs. Tucker was found dead, lying across her bed. Coroner Digby rendered a verdict of death from apoplexy. The death is peculiarly a sad one, nine small children, besides the husband surviving her. The youngest child is 7 months and the oldest 13 years.
