First Lieut. Louis P Schindel, Sixth Infantry, recently tried by
general court martial at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and found guilty of neglect
of duty, is sentenced to forfeit to the United States $1.50 per month of his
monthly pay for six months, to be confined to the limits of the post where his
company may be serving for the same period and to be reprimanded by the
reviewing authority. Gen Carr approved the sentence.
