Louis Charles Blesch

Louis Blesch, aged 15, of 403 Dayton av. Dayton, and Melvin Gratsch, aged 14, of 756 Third av. son of Patrolman Gratsch, bored a hole in a Springfield rifle cartridge yesterday and then put a match to it. The cartridge exploded and a large piece of the shell imbedded itself in Blesch's headm, near the ear and two other pieces lodged in the fingers of Gratsch's hand. Dr. Richards attended the lads.
