Louisa Rogers

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, Louisa Rogers and James Doxon, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the penal sum of (none given) dollars, current money, to the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, as witness our hands and seals, this 27 day of May 1850.

The condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bound, LOUISA ROGERS, her heirs, executors, and administrators, shall well and truly pay and deliver to Alfred Rogers, of whom she is appointed Guardian, all such estate as now is, or shall hereafter appear to be due from her to the said orphan when he shall attain to lawful age to demand the same, or when thereunto required by the Justices of the Campbell County Court for the time being, and also faithfully execute his office herein, in such a manner as to save harmless and indemnify the said Justices, their heirs, executors, and administrators, from all trouble and damage that about said estate may accrue, then the above obligation to be void-else to remain in full force and virtue.

Witness: Louisa Rogers, James N Doxon
