Mrs. Lois Cheryl Chapman, 30, 119 Fifth Ave., Dayton, died Thursday (11/7/1974), Cincinnati General Hospital, Cancer.  Survivors:  daughters, Diana and Mary Chapman, Hamersville, Ohio and Kathy Chapman, Dayton; son, John, Hamersville; parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Homer Canafax, Dayton; brothers, Homer Leroy Canafax, Newport; Lloyd Canafax, Covington; grandmother, Mrs. Lillian Eckert, Peach Grove. 

Services:  10 a.m. Monday, Radel.  Visitation, 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
