AGED COUPLE
In the case of Livingston McGeary vs. Anne McGreary, Circuit
Judge Berry Wednesday in Newport entered an order granting a divorce. The case
is one of the most unusual ever tried in the Campbell Circuit Court.
McGeary and his wife were married in 1866 and lived together unti 1892. The divorce was granted on the charge of abandonment. McGeary is an old steamboat captain and the couple have grandchildren.
