Lawrence Williamson, son of the late Capt. John Williamson, who was a pioneer in the street railway business on the Kentucky side of the rive, is lying at the point of death at his home near the corner of Third and York sts. Newport. Cancer of the throat is slowly sapping his vitality.
Williamson was formerly Superintendent of the Central Railway and Bridge Co. now the Broadway & Newport Bridge Co.
