NEWPORT

Charles Deuvel was in the Police Court yesterday morning charged with raising a disturbance in Lanze's saloon on Monmouth street and had his case continued until this morning.

Deuvel entered the saloon and demanded a drink which was refused and he immediately took things in his own hands and three the proprietor out of doors and helped himself to the contents of the various bottles on the sideboard.
