Central avenue, Newport, who was hospitalized for wounds received in France Dec
8, has returned to active duty it was learned here. A wearer of the Purple Heart
Sgt. Holder, who entered the service 2 1/2 years ago, has been overseas six
months. He is serving in France with Patton's Third Army.
The Holders have a four year old daughter, Mary Evelyn
