It appears to the satisfaction of the Court that Julius T Hughey, an infant orphan of the County has no estate and Lewis Massey having signified his willingness to take said Julius T Hughey as an Apprentice to the trade and business of a Tobacconist, It is ordered that Julius be bound an apprentice to said Massey from this date till he shal arive at the age of 21 years, he being 12 years old the 19th day of March 1848 and the clerk is ordered to enter into an indenture of Apprentiship with the said Massey Containing the covenants required by law.
