Edward W Boers Post No 153, American Legion, Dayton, has selected candidates for various offices in the sixth district and named committees to serve in entertaining the district legion convention to be held at Bellevue Eagles Hall on June 11.
The nominating committed chose Joe York, honorable discharged veteran of World War II, chairman of the joint committee on arrangements. The election is to be held June 5.
