DEATH
Services for Mrs. Josephine Schuchter, 86, of 115 W. Sixth street, Newport, will be held at her residence at 8:30 a.m. Thursday followed by Solemn Requiem High Mass at Immaculate Conception Church at 9 a.m.
Mrs. Schuchter died at her home Monday after a brief illness. She was a native of Cincinnati, but had lived in Newport more than 60 years.
The Altar Society of Immaculate Conception Church, of which she was a member, will gather at the residence at 8 p.m. Wednesday for prayer. Friends may call at the home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Frank Neltner, Norwood, O.; and Mrs. Bernard Adams, Bethel, O.; one son, Clarence Schuchter, Highland Heights; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas. William C. Betz Sons, Newport, are in charge of funeral arrangements.
