son of William and Orsala. They immigrated to America in 1880. He married
Katherine Longo, daughter of Anthony Longo in 1888 in Ohio, and they eventually
lived in Newport Kentucky. She was born in Italy and had immigrated in 1881.

Joseph Guerrea died 4 Nov 1916 while working at the Newport Steel Mill. He got his head caught between a steel ingot and a freight car and was crushed. He was buried in St Stephen Cemetery. Katherine Guerrea died 14 July 1944 in Newport and was buried in St Stephen Cemetery.
