Captain Joseph C Castner, who has been Post Commandant and has filled nearly every other official capacity since the departure of the Third Battalion for the camp of instruction, was relieved of the majority of his offices yesterday.
Orders were relieving him as follows: First Lt. S B McIntyre was appointed Engineering, Signal and Ordinance Officer; Captain John S Hughes, Post Treasurer and Post Commissary; Captain John S Switzer, Adjutant and Recruiting Officer.
